Stars Host Coyotes on Pride Night

For the first time since November, the Stars will play a Central Division team.

The Dallas Stars (41-19-9) host the Arizona Coyotes (28-35-5) at American Airlines Center. Puck drop is scheduled 7 p.m. CT.

On Nov. 14, the Stars and Coyotes played for the first time this season in Dallas. The Stars won 4-3 thanks to Matt Duchene’s overtime winner.

In the Stars’ last game on Saturday night, they defeated the Kings 4-1 with Mike Modano’s statue unveiled. The Stars scored three goals in the first period and added a powerplay goal in the second period. Scott Wedgewood made 27 saves to earn his 15th win this season.

For the Coyotes, they enter winning two consecutive games against the Red Wings and Devils. Both games ended in a 4-1 final.

Clayton Keller leads the Coyotes in goals with 27 and points with 59. Matias Maccelli leads the Coyotes with 35 assists.

Jake Oettinger will start in goal and Tyler Seguin will return to the lineup.

Fans arriving early for tonight’s game will receive a Pride fanny pack. Pride-themed mystery pucks will also be available for purchase outside of section 113.
