After a road win on Tuesday, Dallas meets a Canadian team for the third and final time this season.
The Dallas Stars (13-5-2) travel to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to take on the Calgary Flames (9-10-3) at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Puck drop is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT.
Dallas and Calgary have played each other two times in November. The Stars won the first meeting on Nov. 1 in Calgary 4-3; Calgary won the second meeting six days ago 7-4 in Dallas.
In the last meeting on Black Friday, Dallas led 4-3 at the end of the second period. The Flames scored four goals in the third period.
The Stars have a 8-1-1 road record this season; the Flames have a 4-3-1 home record.
Calgary won its last game against the Vegas Golden Knights on Monday Night 2-1. Elias Lindholm leads the Flames in scoring with 15 points. Blake Coleman leads the team in goals with six.
Dallas won its last game against the Jets in Winnipeg 2-0. Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger recorded a 27-save shutout.
The standings in the Western Conference are getting tighter with each game played. Calgary is one point behind the Nashville Predators and Arizona Coyotes for the second Wild Card with 21 points. The St. Louis Blues are the first Wild Card seed with 23 points.
Dallas sits in second place in the Central Division with 28 points behind the Colorado Avalanche. The Coyotes host the Avalanche tonight.
